Terms and Conditions – AlphaWeb Nigeria

Welcome to AlphaWeb Nigeria. By signing up for our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Company Overview

AlphaWeb Nigeria (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a web hosting and domain services provider based in Nigeria. Our services are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable Nigerian law.


2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Domain Name Registration

  • Shared Web Hosting

  • Reseller Hosting

  • VPS & Dedicated Servers

  • Email Hosting

  • Website Builder & CMS Support


3. Billing and Payments

  • We accept payments in Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD).

  • Billing cycles are available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

  • All invoices are due upon generation. Accounts are subject to suspension after 3 days of non-payment.


4. Refund Policy

All payments made to AlphaWeb Nigeria are non-refundable. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.


5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Clients are strictly prohibited from using AlphaWeb services for any illegal activity under Nigerian law on standard hosting plans. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hosting fraudulent websites

  • Phishing

  • Spamming

  • Hosting copyrighted content without proper licensing

However, our DMCA Bulletproof Hosting allows the hosting of content that may otherwise be taken down under DMCA complaints. Clients using this service accept full legal responsibility for their hosted content.


6. Suspension & Termination

  • Accounts are suspended automatically 3 days after payment due date.

  • Repeated or severe violation of our AUP may result in permanent termination without notice.


7. Support

AlphaWeb provides 24/7 customer support via tickets, email, or live chat. We aim to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable time frame.


8. Privacy Policy

AlphaWeb collects only the information necessary to manage your account (e.g., name, email, payment info). We do not sell your data to third parties.


9. Limitation of Liability

AlphaWeb Nigeria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.


11. Amendments

AlphaWeb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
